Workshop Cancellation Policy

Over 7 days’ notice

Any cancellations made with over a week’s notice are eligible for a full refund.

Between 2 and 7 days’ notice

Any cancellations made between and 2 and 7 days from the workshop starting are eligible for a 50% refund.

Within 48 hours of workshop start time

Any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop starting are not eligible for a refund. We would ask that you let us know if you’re unable to attend anyway so that we know not to wait for you.

Multi-day workshops

If you are unable to make it to one session of a multi-day or multi-week workshop, we are unable to offer a partial refund or a make-up session.

If you’ve agreed to pay on the day

If you haven’t paid for your ticket in advance but have booked a ticket, the standard cancellation policy still applies. If you cancel with over a week’s notice, you won’t have to pay anything. If you cancel with between 2 and 7 days’ notice, you will be liable for 50% of your ticket price. For no-shows or cancellations with less that 48 hours notice, you are liable for the full ticket price. Any debts must be paid before booking future workshops.
